We're recruiting on behalf of a highly successful housebuilder within the region as they expand their team of Quantity Surveyors focusing on some fantastic developments in and around King's Lynn.
This is a team of commercially savvy and contractually aware Quantity Surveyors; there's a lot to be gained from the team, and they'll be on hand to develop and mentor your application of the technical discipline of Quantity Surveying across their highly successful and growing residential projects.
With clear direction and guidance, your ability to develop and implement pre and post contract strategies, commercial functions, and contract reporting will provide you with the confidence to make the most of the genuine development and growth opportunities available.
