Assistant Manager
Our client, a regionally leading store based in Botley, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as Assistant Manager.
In this crucial role, you will be supporting the Senior Manager with managing staff, delivering store targets and maintaining high customer service standards.

The Role
·Deliver store targets and objectives through sales and customer service
·Ensure that the Sales and Marketing Brief is Adhered too
·To implement and adhere to all policies, procedures and routines, whilst making sure that all requests and returns are dealt with a timely manner
·Assist with management of the team, ensuring customer service is being delivered to a high standard that exceeds the customer's expectation
·Assist with developing and training the team to ensure they correctly complete their duties to a high standard
·Ensuring the store operates within its budgets
The Ideal Candidate
·Proactive and can do attitude
·Sales or Retail experience (2 years minimum)
·Excellent Customer Service
·Great Verbal and Written Communication
·Attention to detail
