Are you looking for a flexible employer for a part time role with an attractive benefits package? Do you want a part time role that will let you work around commitments such as family? Our Bar Hill based client is looking for an aftersales Customer Care Advisor.

You’ll use your exceptional customer service and people skills to support people with any aftermarket enquiries, providing support on the phone or processing orders/returns. Any knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce, will mark you out as an exceptional candidate that will be able to hit the ground running. Similarly, knowledge of the sales process and understanding warranties/returns will help you stand out. You’ll get full training on all systems to ensure that you feel comfortable in your role, so the ability to learn quickly and prioritise will help you in the role.

This part time role is ideal for you if:
