Would you like to work in a modern office? Close to St Albans Station in a friendly sociable team? How would you feel taking on an opportunity to demonstrate your ability to communicate via different media with clients as a business support administrator?
 
You go out of your way to ensure the finer details are spot on and you’re self-motivated, organised, and able to multitask, are analytical and have a strong desire for keeping data accurate and up to date?
 
This well-established chartered accountant’s firm are looking for you! You will be able to demonstrate the following in the role:
  • Email requests and logging client calls and emails
  • Updating databases and using mail merge
  • Electronic filing and monitoring outlook mailboxes as well as flagging and reporting to relevant team members
  • Using the helpdesk system
  • General administration
