Select Appointments have recently taken instruction from a reputable company in Lincoln to find an experienced Full Time Office Administrator to join their existing team

Key Responsibilities

Working with external agency to provide admin support for marketing activities. Archive management. This will include visiting our off-site storage unit so the ability to travel is required

Working as part of a team to provide administrative support for the whole company which will include assisting with: -

• Typing letters, correspondence, and accounts
• Greeting clients and visitors on arrival at reception
• Receiving and dealing with telephone calls, taking accurate messages, and actioning as necessary
• Receiving, recording, and distributing incoming mail. Ensuring outgoing mail is recorded, franked, and sent appropriately
• Photocopying, scanning, and faxing as required
• Taking payments for client invoices
• Data input
• Sundry admin duties as required

Ideal candidate

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organisational skills
• IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and bespoke software
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
• A high level of attention to detail
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 2 years + admin experience is essential
• GCSE English and Maths grade 4 + (or equivalent)

Hours of work are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
