Administrator - St Albans
Do you want to work for a reputable, growing business?  How would you like a varied role, where you will be providing company secretarial administration to clients in this forward-thinking accountancy practice.
This highly successful organisation are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team in their bright and airy offices in St Albans. You will be getting involved in supporting clients in company secretarial processes. Your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Conducting company checks and Anti-Money Laundering processes
  • Managing documents and correspondence on electronic document storage systems
  • Drafting and progressing contracts
  • Call Handling
This role would suit someone who is a strong and confident communicator, has excellent organisational skills, with strong MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel. and may have some experience in a professional practice environment. 
In your new role as an administrator, you’ll receive:
  • Full-time (9-5:30)
  • Salary of £25k - £28K
  • 25 days holiday + bank holiday
