Are you looking for a term time role?

This leading independent school are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team

You will be the first point of contact in monitoring pupil registration and daily absences and providing Reception cover where required.

The role is varied and will include:
  • Answering and fielding incoming calls
  • Handling post
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Managing office supplies and equipment
You will have good administration skills including Word and Excel and will work closely with teaching staff and the wider team.

Hours Mon-Fri 08:00-16:00 – Term Time - £18,500
