As a valued member of the team; your strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, accompanied by your natural problem solving abilities, will be welcomed from day one.
Alongside the above attributes, within your new role of Finance Administrator, you will hit the ground running by implementing the following;
Xero Accounting, inputting invoices and the ability to understand spreadsheets
Customer communications, booking systems and dealing with customer enquiries
Bank reconciliation, purchase ledgers, journals and payments
Phones, emails, post and general office tasks
Overseeing 2 existing, part time members of staff
