They now have an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated team and develop a career in the industry working as an Account Manager.
Primarily based on the outskirts of Norwich, with the option of remote working alongside that, you'll be responsible for the ongoing management and business development of a portfolio of existing customers within the EMEA region.
This will include identifying and driving growth initiatives through your customer base in order to increase revenue across all services, solutions, and products.
Although primarily an office-based role, you will be expected to identify and attend your own customer visits and events where appropriate.
This role is fast paced and requires you to be highly motivated with the ability to prioritise effectively, multitask, and handle multiple accounts whilst at the same time being able to quickly absorb and retain product knowledge.
Being successful in this role demands an ability to partner with other internal teams in order to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Previous account management experience is essential.
