You’ll be at the heart of this friendly, well known, Wolverhampton based operation. You’ll be using your demonstrable administration skills to accurately log all issues that our client’s customers may encounter. You’ll be dealing with many different people so you’ll be able to master client management and deploy incredible people skills. You’ll also be organising engineer call outs if the customer issue is too complex to handle over the phone, offering more opportunity to demonstrate your administrative skills.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
- Communicate flexibly and effectively to handle all planning and problem solving.
- Store data in a clear and logical manner in Excel.
- Solve problems effectively while escalating issues to field engineers when required.
