We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Goods In & Out Warehouse Operative to join a busy, well-established warehouse team based in Brandon. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, ideal for someone seeking weekend warehouse work with consistent hours and long-term prospects.
This role is perfect for candidates with warehouse experience, goods in/out knowledge, stock control, or logistics backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Operative Duties:
- Goods In & Goods Out processing
- Receiving, checking, and booking in deliveries
- Accurate stock control and inventory management
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Previous warehouse operative / goods in & out experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic IT or warehouse management system experience (desirable)
- £12.21 per hour
- Friday to Sunday weekend shift
