My client are absolutely leading the way when it comes to zero carbon commuting and saving thousands of pounds of commuters at the same time. Once again, due to their success, they are now on the look out for more talent in sustainability to join their team.
With a focus on product & behavioural change, you will offer amazing support and knowledge to their clients, ensuring they are trained, onboarded, and empowered to make full use of their solutions.
With your main aim being to ensure their clients are progressing towards Zero Carbon Commuting, working alongside the Account Managers and the product development team, you will become an expert in their products and services, ensuring their clients use and find value and success in their products.
Your focus will be on the delivery of our their sustainable travel solutions.
Who are you?
You will have good data analysis skills – being able to look at data and take away the key findings.
You will have a degree in sustainability and/or the environment, or relevant scientific degree. Those with experience in sustainability will of course be considered, and very much of interest to my client!
Great with clients, with the ability to successfully deliver workshops to key stakeholders
You'll have a constant awareness for commercial opportunities
You'll be able to provide a clean handover back to the Account Managers upon completion of a Programme, and will be able to suggest initiatives to increase the performance of a Client’s community
Additionally, you will support the team beyond working with individual Clients, for example by:
Delivering product-based webinars, Identifying ‘at risk’ clients, working with Account Managers to ensure these accounts are well supported as well as supporting the sales process for new and existing clients by providing expert knowledge and more advanced product demos.
