If so, my client are now seeking a Supplier Manager to join their agile, customer focused and collaborative team!  My client are a successful leading brand in North Norfolk on a mission to redefine luxury while prioritising sustainability and inclusivity. Their brand has garnered recognition for their commitment to ethical practices and responsible luxury, earning accolades such as Business of the Year and Responsible Luxury Business of the Year.
 
As a pivotal member of their New Product Development (NPD) team, you'll play a crucial role in managing relationships with their suppliers across various product categories. If you're a driven, agile plate-spinner with exceptional relationship-building skills, I want to hear from you.
 
In this role, you'll develop and maintain collaborative relationships with external supply partners. You'll drive day-to-day relationship management, problem-solving, and action plans. Managing supplier meetings and annual business performance reviews will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you'll oversee sourcing projects, including onboarding new sources and managing special projects. Collaborating closely with the Merchandising team and as part of the NPD team, you’ll ensure timely delivery and management of raw material stock as part of your role. Furthermore, you'll identify opportunities for cost savings and support cost analysis projects.
 
Who are you? I’m looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers of different cultures are essential. You should thrive in an environment where quick decision-making is crucial, and meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills are valued. Moreover, a willingness to travel to my client’s North Norfolk office four days per week is required.
