My client are leaders in their specialist field, with highly recognised expertise and trusted by multiple leading brands.
The business has worked in some of the most diverse and challenging environments, including offshore, nuclear, rail, hospitals, housing associations and utilities to mention just a few.
Founded nearly three decades ago, the business was recently acquired by a US based business and continues its success.

They now require a new member of the team, working across sales and marketing - could this be you?
You'll be required to support the internal sales process, engaging with the technicians out in the field to help identify leads for them. Providing full support to them, you'll respond and deal with their leads promptly, ensuring they are qualified and in full for quote processing – communication with their technicians is key!
You'll be savvy around a system (full training given), adding quotes and using their supplier’s portal to quote for works from the technicians’ materials lists,  and sending final quotes to customers.
You'll be confident in monthly reporting,  showing progress and giving technicians full visibility on commission earned
You will also be happy supporting the service desk in the sale of residential orders via phone, ensuring they are paid for & processed correctly.

In terms of marketing support, this will include management of their online chat function,  engaging with prospect customers and will also include marketing on behalf of their Sales team to help them meet objectives (which could include email marketing, ad-hoc support obtaining customer data from them to add to database, uploading projects to website).

This is a great role for someone with limited experience and looking to step into a new role - my client are very open and flexible when it comes to hybrid working, and offer a great team to support you and be part of.

If you think this sounds like you, or you want to know more, please reach out to Emma Baylis or hit Apply now!
