Join a rapidly growing and successful new build residential developer as an experienced Quantity Surveyor. Taking a hands-on role in everything that comes under the Quantity surveying remit, you will be on site - ensuring the project is running smoothly from conception to completion.
Our client values customer satisfaction and a high standard work quality above all else, meaning if you are someone that is never happy with a job half done and feels the need to complete every project to the best of their ability – this role is exactly what you’re looking for.
Surveyors with a Contracting Background preferable.
To support you to the fullest, our client is offering:
A competitive salary – up to £60k
Car allowance or company car – up to £6k.
Up to 7.5% annual bonus.
