Purchasing Administrator
Our client, a global, established and highly-regarded organisation based in Witney, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Purchasing Administrator.

The successful candidate will be entitled to a generous package of £23-25k plus monthly company bonus scheme (approx. £2k annually) and an excellent company benefits package.

This position is full-time, Monday to Thursday 8:00-5:15pm and an early Friday finish, 8:00 to 4:00pm.

The Role
·Placing new purchase orders
·Updating supplier and product details
·Updating shipping and delivery schedules
·Organising receipt and delivery of new product samples
·Administration of deliveries and stock movements

The Ideal Candidate
·Prior experience in an administrative role
·Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
·Able to meet deadlines
·Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
·Able to work effectively as part of a team

The Benefits
The successful candidate will join a friendly and welcoming team. You will be entitled to a salary of £23-25k plus monthly company bonus (worth approx. £2k annually).
