Mon – Friday, 40 hours per week
We are excited to be working with our client, a fast-growing and well-respected production company in Thetford. They are expanding their team and are looking for reliable, detail-oriented operatives to join a friendly, supportive, and professional workplace.
Duties:
- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor quality and report any issues or faults promptly
- Assemble products, pick and pack and prepare for dispatch.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets
- Strong attention to detail
- Production or assembly experience preferred, but not essential
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload when required
- Efficient, reliable, and able to work well within a team
- Weekly pay
- Overtime at time and a half
