My client is seeking an experienced Production and Technical Operative who is used to handling machinery, but also able to multitask with customer returns, and ad hoc duties.
Your responsibilities as a Production and Technical Operative will be a broad spectrum of tasks including feeding raw materials, inspecting parts, maintaining quality records, and ensuring equipment efficiency. Additionally as the Production and Technical Operative you will manage technical support, efficiently handle returns, and offer exceptional service to resolve customer issues.
This role would suit someone who possesses strong communication skills and has excellent attention to detail and someone who may have come from a company where they have experience in fault finding/repair background.
