We are currently recruiting Process Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing client based in Brandon. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to work with full-time hours.
As a Process Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the factory – ensuring high standards of production, safety, and efficiency are met.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a production or factory environment preferred
- Good attention to detail and ability to work to targets
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Punctual, reliable, and able to commit to the shift pattern
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.00
- 4-day working week with a 3-day weekend
