Personal Assistant
Our highly reputable client based in North Oxford has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a PA.
The role will involve normal PA duties but also has interesting and varied element to assist with planning their events and conferences.
You'll be supporting the senior team and will be proactive, able to act without guidance, as well as having excellent organisational and time management skills.
A salary of up to £35k is on offer along with a leading benefits package.
Key responsibilities
• Manage and support the busy diaries and inboxes of the senior team
• Preparation and attendance at senior staff meetings collecting Agenda items, capturing action points,
updating documents and following up on the allocated actions
• Preparation of monthly company information for sharing throughout the business
• Travel arrangements and logistical planning
• Planning external conferences, workshops, seminars, and other company events as well as internal
events including monthly all staff meetings and company social events.
• Liaising with staff and also external parties such as clients, suppliers and press
The ideal candidate
• Excellent MS Office knowledge and familiarity with office & online applications (e.g.MS Teams, Zoom, Sharepoint)
• Proactive approach with outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and able to recognise the need for discretion and confidentiality
• Ideally experience of organising events,conferences etc
