About the Role:
- Provide a safe and secure environment for visitors in Trust accommodation
- Respond swiftly to medical, fire, security, and facilities emergencies
- Oversee building security, including locking and unlocking doors as per established protocols
- Take initiative in case of incidents, consulting with the Duty Manager when necessary
- Check guests in and out of Trust accommodation during off-peak hours, delivering exceptional customer service
- Report any accommodation faults or necessary repairs to the appropriate personnel
- Serve as a welcoming ambassador for the Shrine
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and security
- Possess excellent decision-making skills in time-sensitive situations
- Have a friendly and helpful demeanor that puts guests at ease
- Are a reliable and responsible individual with a proactive approach
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00 per hour
- Flexible contract, ideal for those seeking ad-hoc cover during busy periods, holidays, and sickness leave
- Shifts currently runs from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
