Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts.
- Reconstruct and optimise financial reporting tools and routines.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve inconsistencies or legacy financial issues.
- Drive improvements across financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
- Provide senior leadership with timely, data-driven financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience in management accounting, ideally within SMEs.
- Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), or qualified by experience with a strong, demonstrable track record.
- Experience with Dynamics 365
- Proactive, confident, and resilient, with the ability to constructively challenge and influence stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong working knowledge of financial systems.
