As a Maintenance Multitrader, you'll have the opportunity to utilise your painting and decorating skills across a diverse portfolio of council housing stock, working on both internal and external projects that make a real difference to local communities. This position gives you the chance to work with various access equipment including ladders, scaffolds, and cherry pickers, adding variety to your working day whilst developing your skills in different environments.
Your NVQ qualification in Painting and Decorating will be perfectly complemented by the plumbing elements of this role, making you an even more versatile tradesperson. The role also provides the opportunity to work independently whilst being part of a supportive team structure.
