Mon–Thurs: 3:00pm – 11:30pm | Fri: 3:00pm – 9:30pm
We are seeking a Laboratory Quality Technician to carry out testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. This role is key to maintaining product quality and supporting production through accurate and timely laboratory analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Test raw materials, in-process, and finished products in line with quality standards.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment according to schedules.
- Record results accurately and completely, following ALCOA principles.
- Escalate out-of-specification results and assist in investigations.
- Support audits and provide data or records when required.
- Work with production and quality teams on root cause analysis and improvements.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an analytical laboratory role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Analytical mindset with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in quality control within manufacturing and knowledge of BRC-GS standards (desirable).
