My Creative Media and Advertising client, a forward-thinking company dedicated to serving customers and fostering teamwork, is looking for an exceptional IT Helpdesk Engineer to join their IT Department. As an IT Helpdesk Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer requests are handled swiftly and efficiently, maintaining the high level of service our clients depend upon.

What you'll do:

  • Apple Mac and Windows tech support
  • Intune and Jamf MDM administration
  • Provide comprehensive hardware and software technical support to both internal staff and clients within our building.
  • Efficiently manage support requests following our established processes and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by providing regular updates on the progress of their support calls.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of support calls.
  • Resolve customer requests promptly while actively working to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Prioritise workload based on urgency and impact.
  • Offer support for new business pitch activities as needed.
  • Participate in network security and access rights management.
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Aid in the movement and maintenance of IT equipment within the business.
  • Contribute to documentation maintenance and the development of improved work practices.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate software licensing records.
  • Collaborate with team members, providing guidance and technical training as required.
