As an IT Helpdesk Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer requests are handled swiftly and efficiently, maintaining the high level of service our clients depend upon.
What you'll do:
- Apple Mac and Windows tech support
- Intune and Jamf MDM administration
- Provide comprehensive hardware and software technical support to both internal staff and clients within our building.
- Efficiently manage support requests following our established processes and escalate issues when necessary.
- Foster strong customer relationships by providing regular updates on the progress of their support calls.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of support calls.
- Resolve customer requests promptly while actively working to prevent reoccurrence.
- Prioritise workload based on urgency and impact.
- Offer support for new business pitch activities as needed.
- Participate in network security and access rights management.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Office 365.
- Aid in the movement and maintenance of IT equipment within the business.
- Contribute to documentation maintenance and the development of improved work practices.
- Assist in maintaining accurate software licensing records.
- Collaborate with team members, providing guidance and technical training as required.
