Role Overview:
We are delighted to offer a unique opportunity for a talented individual to join a thriving eCommerce company as an Executive Assistant/HR Manager/Office Manager on a part-time basis for one year’s maternity cover. Based in our modern office in Hemel Hempstead, this role involves a blend of HR management, executive support, and office management responsibilities. Key duties include:
  • Providing proactive support in project management and improvement initiatives.
  • Managing all HR activities, including recruitment, employee benefits, and handling HR issues.
  • Offering comprehensive support to directors, including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Ensuring efficient and systematic operations, maintaining high standards in all communication and administrative tasks.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adept at using Google Suite and learning new systems.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
  • Flexibility in working 26 hours per week in our office (not a hybrid role).
