As an HR Advisor, you’ll support the HR Manager in delivering HR services across the site, consulting with over 500 employees. You’ll handle everything from employee relations, including performance management and grievances, to occupational health referrals and the preparation of HR documentation. Your sound knowledge of employment law will be essential in understanding and resolving the wide range of queries you’ll encounter.
This role is perfect for someone with solid experience in HR advisory roles who’s ready to take on more responsibility and step up into a role where they can influence real change. You’ll also have the chance to mentor junior team members and take on projects that drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
