Our client is looking for an experienced temporary HR Administrator to help prepare for their CQC inspection.
If you have HR Administration experience in a healthcare setting that would be advantageous. The role is anticipated to be for 1 month.
-Chasing for documentation to fill gaps in doctor/paramedic/pilot personnel files
-Updating BreatheHR (HRIS database) with missing staff details
-Chasing for PDR/Appraisal documentation
-Updating the Bluestream training system, chasing clinical staff for training certificates for files
-Scanning and archiving leavers files electronically so we can dispose of paper leaver files
-Assisting with CQC filing
Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
