HR Administrator
Our client, an established and prestigious organisation based in Cowley, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an HR Administrator.

The successful candidate will be entitled to £25k and an attractive benefits scheme, including Hybrid working. If this sounds like a role for you please read on for further details.

The Role
·Responsible for updating the HR system (for starters, leavers, contract, benefits, salary changes etc)
·Ensure that all new contracts are drawn up accurately and in a timely manner
·Liaise with line managers and the operations team and maintain good relationships
·Provide administrative support for all elements of the employee lifecycle (including recruitment, on-boarding, performance and exit processes)
·Provide first-line advice to the business
·Assist the HR Manager with employee relations cases

The Ideal Candidate

·Proficient with Microsoft Software such as Excel and Outlook
·Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
·Organised
·Prioritisation and ability to multi-task
·Experience in an academic environment is preferable
