- To plan, organise and control the day to day operation
- Making sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively
- Allocation of housekeeping reports
- To Train, coach and develop people to meet current and future needs of the department
- Understanding the aims of the department role in achieving it
- Ensure all staff are aware of health and safety hazards, COSHH regulations and methods of reporting irregularities
