Financial Controller
Our client, a prestigious and established organisation, based in Cowley Oxford has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Financial Controller.
In this busy role, you will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial and operational information and preparing reports, developing and implementing controls and policies, and managing cash flow and forecasting.
The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary up to £65k and a benefits package.
The Role
·Financial reporting, preparing accurate and timely financial statements
·Budgeting and Forecasting
·Conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities
·Cash Flow Management
·Financial Compliance, ensuring compliance with all regulations, tax laws and reporting requirements
·Cost Control
·Strategic planning, collaborate with senior management in the development of financial strategies and long-term financial plans
The Ideal Candidate
·ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
·Proven experience in a similar role
·Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles and tax laws
·Proficiency in financial management software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
·Excellent Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
·Results-orientated

You will be entitled to a salary of up to £65k, a pensions scheme and 32 days of annual leave per year, inclusive of public and bank holidays. They are happy to consider some flexible and hybrid working.
