With a proven track record of delivery within the Commercial, Education, Industrial, Leisure, Healthcare, and Retail sectors, they’re looking for an Estimator who’s knowledge and experience will complement the breadth and depth their existing pre-construction team offer.
Working as part of this Chartered Building Company not only offers excellent exposure to interesting and challenging projects, it also offers you the opportunity to take the lead. From pre-construction through to completion, your commercial acumen, real-time knowledge of materials, transport, labour and equipment costs, together with your ability to manage relationship with vendors and sub-contractors, will deliver accuracy and effective risk mitigation.
