Here are the key skills and attributes we're looking for:
- A degree (or equivalent) in Computing/Digital marketing, or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Marketing experience for a B2B brand.
- Practical experience in maintaining an e-commerce website and manipulating complex data structures.
- Understanding of UX fundamentals, website standards, and best practices.
- Direct involvement in website content management (Wordpress + Magento).
- Practical experience in keyword research, PPC campaigns, and email.
- Involvement in implementing digital campaigns that engage, inform and compel users to act.
- Understanding of social media paid campaigns.
- Practical experience measuring and reporting performance of campaigns, ad spend and website metrics.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
