As a Customer Support Executive, you will work collaboratively with the head office team to provide exceptional customer service to their network and clients. This unique role is a 50/50 split between administrative duties and manual tasks, requiring both office skills and the ability to handle physical work involving heavy lifting.
Your administrative responsibilities will include providing frontline customer support via phone, email, and live chat. You will need to gain a detailed understanding of my client’s bespoke CRM system to assist with customer queries, administer the CRM system, produce basic reports, manage client requests, and attend meetings. Additionally, you will handle and track customer stock requests with key suppliers and perform general administrative tasks around the office.
On the manual side, you will manage stock and stores, including daily packing and dispatching.
To excel in this role, you must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and have experience in customer service. A confident and polite phone manner, the ability to use initiative and communicate clearly, and being organised with attention to detail are essential.
A valid UK driving license is non-negotiable, as a car is essential for this role.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays
Salary: Commensurate with experience
