Select Recruitment Specialist have recently taken instruction to recruit an experienced Concierge and UK Operations Executive. The position is based in Lincoln.

Job Purpose:

To provide concierge services to customers who have already booked, and give essential support to the reservations and UK Operations functions, loading of inventory, updating rates, special offers, availability and stop sales.

Aim:

To ensure our customers are delighted with the service they receive by going the extra yards to assist pre-departure. To contribute to a first-class UK operations function which ensures smooth running of the UK operation so that our customers receive outstanding customer service.

Scope: The role covers concierge services, product updates, reservations back up, call answering, product and pricing loading, availability and rates loading.

Key Objectives

Concierge services will involve taking queries and requests, researching answers from in house or outside resources and feeding back to customers. Ensuring our customers are delighted by providing an informed and truly exceptional service from the moment the customer contacts us for assistance to the time they travel. Assisting with all queries, replying quickly by email and by telephone and speaking with an enthusiastic smile.

The UK Operation is a vital part of the business and ensuring that customers experience is an exceptional one every single time. We have a high level of automation, however there are manual inputs required on the running of the business, and monitoring and controlling and chasing information.

Preparing and producing customer documentation - producing printed welcome information packs and sending these out within 7 days of the booking form being received.

Assisting the reservations team during busy times. - ensuring our customers are delighted by providing an informed and truly exceptional service from the moment the customer contacts us for assistance to the time they travel. Assisting with all queries, replying quickly by email and by telephone and speaking with a smile at all times.

Loading new products, updating descriptions, rates, directions availability, booking rules

Hours: 40 hours per week
