Are you an experienced sales professional with a knack for managing client relationships and consistently exceeding revenue targets? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and strategic thinking can shine? If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you!

As a Client Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of supplier accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and supporting your clients with account queries, and any other business needs on a day-to-day basis. You will also secure client renewals and support their Client Development Executives in generating new business revenue, with a particular emphasis on increasing the volume of products on their platform. Alongside a Customer Success Manager, you will be a key contact for your clients.
 
You will achieve quarterly targets, primarily revenue-based, and consistently improve customer satisfaction KPIs. Your role involves delivering core revenue targets, focusing on securing annual renewal revenue and supporting additional volume and new business spend. You will accurately forecast revenue to the Senior Client Delivery Manager and ensure a strong pipeline to meet targets, generally on a monthly basis.
 
Developing a full understanding of their value proposition is crucial. You will build rapport with your supplier base, frequently contacting them to understand their service requirements and identify potential areas where we can further support their business objectives, contributing to both revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will use this knowledge to create plans in partnership with their Client Development Executives, detailing objectives, goals, strategies, and measures for all relevant accounts.
 
Engaging your clients to establish a good relationship is essential. You will work with their operations team to ensure items are scheduled for delivery and manage any queries or issues related to these processes. Additionally, you will create engagement plans to resolve ongoing client issues and collaborate with various business functions to drive process improvement and achieve strong customer satisfaction.
 
If you have sales experience with a proven track record of delivering strong results against revenue targets and KPIs, this role is for you. My client is looking for a strong communicator and organised individual who thrives in a busy environment. The role is located on the outskirts of Norwich (with parking) with the option of hybrid working a couple of days per week.
 
You should have a proven track record of managing revenue targets, with a strong desire to consistently overachieve against personal targets and objectives. Demonstrable sales experience, strategic sales planning, and pipeline management are essential. You must be able to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment, be highly organised, and have good time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong presentation skills, and the ability to network effectively are also required.
