Our client, a busy and prestigious Hotel & Spa near Woodbridge is seeking a Chef De Partie to join their existing and successful team.
With demonstrable practical experience as a Chef, you’ll be supporting the Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef and Sous Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, overseeing staff and ensuring you are an integral part of the kitchen team.
Using your skills and experience, you’ll train and develop junior staff in the kitchen, to prepare, cook and present meals for service to the standards set by the Head Chef and management.
Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including breakfast and weekend shifts, you’ll be required to work 40 hours a week.
