My client is looking for a newly qualified Chartered Building Surveyor, who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment to join their Colchester office.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and deliver on diverse building schemes, providing clear and concise technical advice in line with current legislation and client requirements. Key duties will include the preparation of specifications for project tendering, project management, supervision of work on site, and negotiation of final accounts with contractors. Ideal candidates will hold a degree or master's in Building Surveying, have Chartered RICS status, and be familiar with AUTOCAD drawing production, along with computerised administrative, reference, and Building Control management systems.
