Location: Snetterton
My client in Snetterton is looking for a Bookkeeper on a short term basis (2 months).
You'll be reporting into the Group Finance Director and support a junior accounts assistant in their work.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Accounts payable, including entering purchase invoices onto the accounting system
- Raising sales invoices and sending to customers
- Credit checks for new customer accounts
- Credit control, including issuing payment reminders to customers and escalating non-payment of invoices where necessary
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Monthly credit card reconciliations
- Entering employee expense claims onto the accounting system
- Posting journals for accruals and prepayments
- Issuing monthly management reports and KPI tracking reports
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and processes
- Any other finance tasks as determined by the Managing Director or Group Finance Director
