- You possess Retail Management or Supervisory experience.

- Drive sales, exceed budget plans, and achieve KPIs, with full accountability for the showroom.
- Cultivate a collaborative culture, ensuring exceptional customer service and showroom standards.
- Engage in regular reporting, performance analysis, and solution proposals.
- Maintain stock control, manage team rotas, and oversee showroom maintenance.
- Collaborate with other Showroom Managers, head office teams, and more.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards, cash handling procedures, and payroll management.
