Administrator - Lowestoft
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of efficient operations, making a real impact by ensuring seamless administrative processes. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including keeping the email inbox up to date, creating sales folders, matching order slips, entering financial information, and maintaining contact with freight companies. To excel in this role, you'll need to be a self-starter, proficient in Microsoft packages, experienced with CRM systems, and comfortable making outbound calls (non-cold calls).
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping the email inbox organised and up to date
- Creating sales folders to streamline order processing
- Matching up order slips on a daily basis
- Entering financial information using software like Pivotal and JDE
- Proactively contacting freight companies to chase ETA's
- Issuing quotes over the phone
- Pricing from the company trade book
- Updating the live Salesbook
- Hourly rate of £10.77, with weekly pay every Friday
- Monday to Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week
