You’ll be supporting both internal teams and external clients, giving people extremely good customer service while ensuring all service is delivered in a timely manner. You’ll be developing relationships with clients, proving the quality of our client’s business while looking to upsell customers to ensure you keep up with your KPIs. You’ll also be working internally, ensuring practitioners are equipped and have their diaries booked to ensure the workload of employees are manageable. You’ll be handling bookings and ensuring that wellbeing campaigns are well managed to ensure positive growth across the business.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
- Have great customer service skills and demonstrate your bubbly personality.
- Use your admin skills to ensure company logistics.
- Be proactive in ensuring the care of customers and internal teams.
