Select Recruitment have a fantastic hybrid working opportunity for prospective 3rd Line Support Engineers to join a well established IT Service Provider in Surrey. Our client has been providing IT Support for over 10 years and has numerous clients in the London and surrounding areas.
Windows 2012, Hyper-V, VMware, Domain management, Group Policy, RDS, Clustering, Failover, Cisco Switching, Routers, Firewalls, Netgear Routers & Switching, VPN, VLANs, VOIP, VEEAM.
3rd Line support to our clients and our internal technical team - YOU will be the point of escalation.
You will be a standard of an MCSE or CCNA equivalent for this role.
5+ years of relevant experience working in either an MSP environment or supporting multiple sites for a larger company.
You'll be rewarded with interesting project work, overtime pay for out of hours / weekend work (when required for projects etc.), but usually a typical Monday-Friday working week is the norm, annual review and bonus, access to a company vehicle for completion of duties, 28 days holiday with an extra day per year served and a friendly, family orientated and flexible working environment.
