Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional second line support, addressing a range of technical issues with agility and efficiency.
- Engaging directly with customers, providing friendly yet thorough support, and establishing strong relationships based on trust and reliability.
- Demonstrating a keen ability to juggle multiple tasks ('plate spinning'), showcasing your natural problem-solving talents to address challenges swiftly.
- Conducting thorough investigations into complex issues, ensuring all customer needs are met with a solution-focused approach.
