Your Role:
As a Senior Motor Claims Handler, your responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of claims monitoring, from initial intake of new claims to assessing liability and progressing case, you’ll be instrumental in guiding each claim to its resolution.  Utilising our specialised claims management system, you’ll meticulously record all pertinent information and ensure seamless progress for every case.  Moreover, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather details of new claims and assess liability with precision.
  • Effectively manage claims using our dedicated system, maintaining accurate records and progress updates.
  • Adhere to established processes while handling your caseload and assisting team members in advancing their cases.
  • Provide support and training to junior colleagues, contributing to their professional development.
  • Collaborate with clients, insurers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
  • Maintain an efficient diary system to prioritize tasks and deadlines effectively.
