Website Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Website Sales Administrator to join our client who specialises in commercial interior design, fit-outs and furniture. Based in Norfolk they are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who can work independently to manage the day to day running of their online business division.
Responsibilities will include:
• Processing orders and ensuring order fulfilment.
• Liaising with customers and manufacturers via phone and email communications, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintaining website content, ensuring accuracy of product information.
• Using creative aptitude to create new web pages and content for additional lines and products.
• Completing miscellaneous administration tasks.
You will have:
• Proven experience of using in-house/online systems to update records.
• Confident and demonstrable IT skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience of working in a customer facing role.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce environment and using website databases.
