Waiting Staff

We are currently recruiting for experienced waiting staff for our client’s restaurants located around the Bucks and Herts regions.

Do you have experience as a Waiter or Waitress within a busy restaurant environment, or similar such as a hotel or gastropub?

Have you handled your own section, dealing with more than 4 tables at a time, ensuring that every one of your guests leaves satisfied?

Do you have a friendly, confident yet professional personality, and a desire to deliver the best guest experience possible?

Can you hold your own in a busy, buzzing, thriving environment; able to manage your tables, meet and greet new guests, and deal with any issues or complaints that may arise?

Do you want to work in a friendly but professional environment, with welcoming like-minded people, and the opportunity to earn fantastic gratuities whilst doing so?

If the answer to all of these is yes, then we would love to hear from you.

Our client is only looking for the very best, so relevant experience is essential, but personality and attitude is of equal importance. Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or with Silver Service would also be beneficial for some roles, but is not essential.

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle would also be highly-beneficial due to the locations and working hours, and free onsite parking is available in all cases.

In return, all successful candidates receive competitive basic pay, plus gratuities, as well as free parking, company benefits, discounts on food and beverages, and pay that increases with tenure.
