Training Coordinator

Job title: Training Coordinator
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £20,000 – 23,000
Location: Norwich

At Select Engineering & Technical, we are currently recruiting for an experienced training co-ordinator for a food manufacturer near Norwich.

This position would suit someone who is enthusiastic, confident and is able to deliver training in a clear manner to groups of people.

Daily Duties:
• Co-ordinate and deliver bespoke training to production staff
• Maintaining accurate training records
• Working collaboratively to develop new training materials and processes
• Weekly meetings with Production Manager
• Provide accurate reports and maintaining records in line with company requirements

You will need:
• Excellent communications skills, both verbally and written
• Ideally have a Certificate in Training Practice
• Understanding of different learning styles and techniques
• Highly enthusiastic and strong interpersonal skills
• Very good organisational skills
• Willing to learn and an interest in personal development
• Experience within a manufacturing, production or factory environment
