Technical Customer Support

An excellent opportunity for a Technical Customer Service professional to join a leading business based in Norwich. My client is passionate about their employees and their customers.

Within the support team you will be first point of contact, logging , troubleshooting and analysing the customers software issues. No call is the same, as they offer a bespoke service, therefore the successful candidate will have excellent client/customer service and relationship building skills. Along with a technical mind or some knowledge of SQL would be an advantage.

What are your responsibilities as Technical Customer Service professional?
– Maintaining high levels of customer service experience
– Prioritising and satisfactory resolution of customer queries according to SLA escalating as necessary
– Recording accurate logs within the call management system for incident progression
– Learning product changes to allow effective customer service
– Contributing to team discussions and relevant issues and forward thinking

Your Skills will include;
– Excellent verbal and written communication
– Strong problem solving skills
– Positive approach
– Ability to work well under pressure
– Knowledge Microsoft SQL Server/ Script Writing Awareness
– IIS (desirable)
