Technical Account Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Account Manager to join a well-established and international organisation. This role would suit a candidate who can establish rapports with customers as well as a candidate with clear experience with technology.

The Role

• Establish excellent rapports with customer’s in order to understand their requirements
• Gain extensive knowledge of customer’s platforms and use this knowledge to help customers get the most of their products
• Effectively communicate with a range of internal teams to implement new features and provide feedback from customers
• Regularly evaluate customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Deliver product training for new and existing customers as well as new co-workers

The ideal candidate

• BA/BS in Computer science or a related technical subject or relevant experience
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP
• Experience working with customers
• Excellent verbal and literal communication skills
• Familiarity with common desktop apps such as MS Office
• Strong organisational skills and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to travel to meet clients and partners

Benefits

The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary between £28-33k as well as further benefits such as a holiday package, healthcare and health cash plan. You will also be joining a welcoming and friendly team.
